Kuwait has ratified a broad defense pact with Pakistan, three years after it was signed, expanding cooperation in military training, intelligence sharing, logistics, defense technology and joint exercises.
A joint military committee will oversee the agreement, which will remain in effect for five years and renew automatically unless either country withdraws.
