In response to a passionate appeal by the NYSC State Coordinator, Delta State, the League of Likeminds International Club Asaba has donated waste bins to the NYSC Orientation Camp to support environmental cleanliness and proper waste management.
The appeal was presented during the Club’s 2nd Quarterly Meeting, where the President informed members of the need. The Club promptly resolved to support the initiative as part of its commitment to community service and social responsibility.
On Tuesday, the President, Dr. Christopher Daniels JP FCIA, accompanied his Executive’s and other distinguished members, paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the NYSC State Coordinator, Delta State, where the waste bins were officially presented.
Receiving the donation, the NYSC State Coordinator expressed heartfelt appreciation to the League of Likeminds International Club Asaba for the timely intervention, noting that the waste bins would greatly enhance sanitation and environmental hygiene within the Orientation Camp.
The President reaffirmed the Club’s commitment to supporting meaningful causes that positively impact society, emphasizing that the League remains dedicated to promoting service, friendship, and sustainable community development.
