In the clip, a man who appears dirty and behaves like a mad person is seen sitting on the ground in an open dusty area. A group of people surround him, hold him down and search him. The video comes with a strong message: “INFORMANTS WALKING LIKE MAD PEOPLE. Please people, we should be security conscious. Many mad people are not mad but informants and criminals. If you see something, say something. Don’t let us leave everything to Tinubu.”
