The Ondo State Police Command has arrested a father for allegedly inflicting grievous bodily harm on his 10-year-old daughter in Owo Local Government Area of the state.
The spokesperson for the command, SP Abayomi Jimoh, who disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, July 16, 2026 said the suspect Amos Paul, used a hot pressing iron to burn the private part of his daughter as punishment for bedwetting. Watch D Video Here ➤
According to the PPRO, the suspect was arrested after the incident was reported to the police on Thursday while the victim is currently receiving medical treatment at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Owo.
